Attune Systems to Offer Free Trial Software Version of its NAS Virtualization Solution

Windows-Based Trial Software for Maestro File Manager™

Santa Clara, Calif. – July 19, 2006 – Attune Systems, Inc., a provider of enterprise-class network file management solutions, today announced the availability of free Windows-based trial software for its NAS virtualization appliance. The software uses the same graphical interface, configuration and controls as Maestro File Manager FM5500™ appliance and allows partners and potential customers to install a portion of the Maestro code, for experimentation and familiarization, on their own existing platforms in non-production environments.

The Maestro File Manager is the only independent Windows-based NAS virtualization appliance available today, which leverages off-the-shelf hardware and provides native CIFS support of Windows servers and NAS devices. Maestro helps IT administrators discover, analyze, manage and optimize their existing storage resources by virtualizing shares/exports while minimizing the deployment risk.
